By privacy policy, ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo trade, protects the privacy of its clients and expresses its care regarding their personal data on the basis of EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EZ (Regulation) and Law on the Implementation of General Data Protection Regulation NN 42/2018. By its privacy policy the ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo publishes in a transparent and public way the ways by which it processes personal data solely according to the Regulation principles.
Personal Data:
According to the regulation, personal data is all data which relate to the individual whose identity is established, or can be established (“data subject”), and the individual or data subject, as called as by the Regulation, whose identity can be established is the person who can be identified directly or indirectly.
Processing:
Processing means, according to the Regulation, every action or set of actions done on personal data, or set of personal data, whether automatized or non-automatized means such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or change, finding, access to, use, discovering by transmission, spreading or making it available in any other mean, synchronisation or combining, limiting, deleting or destroying.
Data Collection:
ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo gathers only personal data which User enters by its own free will. The data is gathered through available web forms. Data gathering is necessary to establish the contact between the Guest and the Advertiser, and to use the service. Purpose and Access:
Personal data is used solely for the aforementioned purposes and will be available to the external processors. External processors are advertisers and renowned organisations from the EU which ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo hires to do external functions as follows: accounting, web site development and equipment hosting, and Google Analytics in anonymous form which gathers information about the web site hits. In addition to that, pursuant to the contractual obligations, representatives of the governing bodies will have access to the personal data.
Cookies:
Pages use cookies. They are small parts of the code which Your browser executes automatically, and they are needed to show website content in an adequate way on all devices and without them website usage would not be possible. Information gathered in that way do not contain personal data and serve only to improve website functioning and to enhance your user experience.

Data Subject Rights:
We ensure the conditions so that you may decide on the processing of your personal data. We provide you the following rights above all:

Right of Access
You have the right to ask for a certificate on whether or not we process your data, and if we do you can have access to those data. In case we are processing a large amount of date relating to you, we can ask you to specify your request regarding the access to specific individual sets of data we are processing about you.

Right to Rectification
In case you notice that we are processing inaccurate or incomplete data relating to you, or you want to change them, you have the right to request correction of the same, i.e. supplement incomplete personal data. We need you to notify us immediately of any change regarding your personal data in order to ensure that we are always processing only correct personal data.

Right to Erasure („right to be forgotten”)
Erasure of personal data can be asked if e.g. you withdrew your consent for the processing of your data, when your personal data is processed illegally, or when your data are no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected or processed in any way or form. However, we ask you to accept that we will not be able to delete your data if they are necessary for the fulfilment of legal requirements, contractual obligations and other legal basis from the General Data Protection Regulation.
d)
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing of your personal data which can be asked if e.g. you filed a complaint against data processing, have doubts regarding the accuracy of personal data being processed or legality of their processing, but you do not want for those data to be erased, or you still need them to achieve legal request.

Right to Data Portability
If the processing is based on your consent or it’s done for the purpose of executing the contract concluded with you, and is executed at the same time by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data we have received from you. If requested, we will transfer your personal data directly to the other handler if this is technically feasible.

Right to Object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data which is why we will limit the processing of your personal information. Also, we will erase and stop processing aforementioned data unless we prove that there are reasoned and legitimate legal grounds for processing and keeping them. In addition, you have the right to object at any time against the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. Your personal data shall be stopped processing for the aforementioned purpose after filing the complaint.
g)
Right to Complain to the Supervisory Authority
You have the right to file a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority if you believe that processing of Your personal data is in violation of General Data Protection Regulation.
